My Daily Memo Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

My Daily Memo ("the app") is a calendar memo app made by Yohan Yi. This policy explains what data the app handles. In short: your memos stay yours. We don't sell data, show ads, or require an account.

Your memos and reminders

Memos, colors, reminders and settings are stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud Backup, they are also saved to your own private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit). We cannot read your memos, and they are never sent to our servers.

Analytics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage events (for example, which screens are opened and which features are used) and basic device information such as OS version and app version. This helps us improve the app. It does not include the content of your memos. Firebase Remote Config is used to turn features on or off.

Purchases

My Daily Memo Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether your subscription is active.

Notifications

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Their content never leaves your device.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device. To delete your iCloud backup, turn off iCloud Backup in the app or remove the app's data in iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.

Terms of Use

Use of the app and subscriptions is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
